RMNP Partnership Positions

Winter Intern to Revamp Artist-in-Residence Program, Part-Time Seasonal, Up to 32 hrs per week at $18.25/hr + housing

The Rocky Mountain Conservancy and RMNP are seeking an enthusiastic art-minded candidate to work alongside staff this winter to revamp the park’s Artist-in-Residence program. Duties include reviewing the program and revising the procedures, application process, marketing materials and program website. Work includes networking with local community arts organizations. Schedule is flexible but will include working some weekends. Dormitory style housing is available. Colorado River District (Grand Lake) Interpretation & Education Intern, Seasonal Nov 2023 through March 2024, Stipend $400/week + housing

Rocky Mountain National Park seeks interns of exceptional ability who are actively pursuing a career in environmental education, interpretation, visitor services, or general education. Duties include preparing and presenting public snowshoe programs to diverse audiences and assisting with environmental education activities for school groups. Some weekend and holiday work is required. Gear and Uniform provided. Position is open until filled. Development Officer – Full-Time, Year-Round, Benefits Plan Available

Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy, this position serves as a frontline relationship manager and fundraiser, executing the Rocky Mountain Conservancy’s individual, foundation, and corporate giving strategies with a donor-centered philosophy to ensure a diverse and sustainable revenue portfolio. The Development Officer attends meetings and events along the Front Range and in Estes Park, building awareness and engagement for the Conservancy. This position will source new grant opportunities and assist with communications. Some weekend and evening hours are required. A bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in professional fundraising and development or equivalent experience is preferred.
